Sipan Asatryan is a philologist by profession. Since 2012, he has been involved in the provision of independent living skills and advocacy for people with disabilities, particularly people with impaired vision. In 2017-2022 he was a Postgraduate student at the Chair of Special Pedagogy and Psychology of ASPU, in 2014-2016 he completed the Master's program at the Department of Typhlo-pedagogy of the Faculty of Special and Inclusive Education of YSPU, in 2010-2012 the Master's programe at the Chair of Diaspora Studies of YSU. He teaches at Yerevan State Pedagogical University.

Gayane Grigoryan is the Head of the Program Department of the "Agate" Rights Defense Center for Women with Disabilities NGO operating in Gyumri. As an expert on human rights and the rights of persons with disabilities, she has implemented, managed and coordinated more than 30 national and international projects aimed at promoting equal rights of persons with disabilities in various fields as well as supporting the adoption of inclusive and rights-based legislation in Armenia. Gayane consistently advocates the reproductive health rights of women and girls with disabilities, the creation of accessible and barrier free environments and opportunities, and the protection of the political, health, educational and labor rights of persons with disabilities. Gayane has authored and co-authored numerous reports, manuals, and articles that are used as valuable resources by various organizations.

Hayk Mkrtchyan is a political scientist by profession. He has been working in the field of rights of persons with disabilities for about 10 years. In that period, he cooperated both with local and international organizations. In addition, he has experience of working in the state administration system. He worked in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia for about 6 years. Presently, he is the Founding Director of the HASK Social-Educational Support Center and the President of the Armenian Paramedical Association. Since 2021, he has been working in the Coalition for Inclusive Legal Reforms as a Community Empowerment Coordinator.

Lena Hovhannisyan is a journalist by profession and a specialist in state administration and local self-government. She has about 7 years of professional experience in the field of journalism, public relations and communication. She worked at "Shant" TV company (Journalist), ASUE Gyumri branch (Public Relations Officer), "Jinishyan" memorial founfation (Regional Program Coordinator). She delivered professional courses and cooperated with various local and international organizations (Transparency International Anti-corruption Center, People in Need Charitable NGO, etc.) Since 2022, she has been working at "Agate" NGO and the Coalition for Inclusive Legal Reforms as a Public Relations Specialist.

Anahit Chilingaryan graduated from the Master's program in International and European Law of the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University and the program in International Diploma in Mental Health, Human Rights, and Law from ILS Law College, Center for Mental Health, Law and Policy. She has about 10 years of experience in conducting research and training for various groups (children, youth, lawyers and other professionals) in the field of human rights, mental health and equality law. She teaches the subject of Mental Health Law at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University.

Tigran Petrosyan is a Candidate of Technical Sciences. He teaches at the Gyumri branch of National Ploytechnic University of Armenia. In 2021-2022 he worked as the Acting Director of the Gyumri branch of the NPUA. In 2019-2021 he was the Governor of Shirak region. In 2014-2019 he worked in “Armenian Caritas” benevolent NGO as an advocacy and lobbying officer. He participated and coordinated a number of local and international projects. Since 2022, he has been working in the Coalition for Inclusive Legal Reforms as a Monitor of subgrant projects.
